Am I the only one that can't open my cash shop surprise box?

To open it simply go to the cash shop, go to your characters cash tab, double click the box to put it into your cash shop inventory, then double click it again when it's in your cash shop inventory to open it.
did you put it in your cs inventory and open it from there?
