Can't get mastery books rumor.
I've heard that for some reason you can't get some mastery books for anymore for a while, and the only way you can is buying off someone who had the book a while ago.
(if that makes any sense)
Just wanted some clarification to whether this is true or if he's trolling me

I found three mastery book from this one monster idk name, and i sold them for 10m each lols.
