Which Item can you scissor?
I've see some "untradable when equipped" items that have nice stats that I want to buy but I have a motto: Everything I buy must be able to be xfer'd to another char because all my characters are mages. Is there a list of what can or can't be retraded?

You don't really need a list, you should know the items that can't need a SoK.
Just as the above said, if there is no specific statement on the item saying that, if scissor'd, it can be traded, then it can't be traded.
If some items say "(Untradeable after transaction)" at the top then I think it's pretty obvious?...
And once you equip it it will be untradeable with the items you are talking about.. so more obvious..
So can you bank untradeables? Only if the item says so.. Dam it gets so obvious by the second
if it does have the "this item can be traded after the use of an SOK or PSOK" then it can be traded, if it has the "untradale" thing on top but without the thing i just said then it cannot be traded
