How to unmute a Macbook Pro?
My Macbook Pro has been stuck on mute for the past 2 days. I've looked up several solutions such as plugging headphones in the headphone jack several times to reset the switch and resetting the PRAM and SMC. None of those seem to work and I don't have a red light coming out of the headphone port.
Has anyone experienced the same problem and fixed it somehow?

System settings, sound, output tab and make sure your proper output isn't muted.
Did you check your system preferences?
I had the same problem and I took it to the Mac store and turns out I just accidentally messed the output setting like a idiot -_-
