q about blast post-buff
so, we know blast is going to be buffed from 200% to 290% when the hyper skill patch hits.
but does anyone know what blast(32)'s damage is?
cause it depends on the increment between levels and I'm not sure if that's changed in the buff

I wasn't aware details in extractions were marked in white
Should be 298% from my estimates. 4% each level.
Blast:
Changed - damage (510 --> 290) (150+12*level --> 170+4*level)
