Yes. Absolutely positive. Skills are maxed by 140 now for almost every single class bar a select few.

Ugh,... by 140 you get all your skills maxed. That's how it was changed, regardless of class.

Everyone once in a while you get 8 SP or 4 SP instead of the usual 3 SP per level-up.

You don't just get 3 each level.

They made it so that you stop getting sp points at lvl 140.

u get all ur SP by 140.... u sure u didnt max everything already?

you stop getting sp once you have enough to max all your skills

All your 4th job skills can now be capped at lvl140. You stop receiving them afterwards, except for hypers.
