There's no limit on receiving stars, but you can only hold 10 stars at a time.
In some cases, receiving stars from anybody other than yourself won't work if you haven't manually collected 100 Stardusts and handed them into Gaga.
And it's probably not a glitch that you can receive the generator only once per character. It might have been at first, but Nexon's probably keeping it there to further nerf the event. That's good, since it'll still give you lots of money, but the rich could probably merch more anyway.

its not working in scania no more . Everytime i log on it said i already gifted but i didnt lol
Yes it is true. 6 stars per character. 12 stars per account max. Congrats to nexon for finding the training wheels on their bike. And they still can't keep balance! </3
