@evilslasher: See, that's the fallacy. You keep saying that because I can't provide evidence of players being banned for KSing, then no one has or ever will be banned for KSing. You completely disregard the fact that we (as players) are incapable of providing evidence of players who have been banned for KSing, falling back on the "if you can't show me someone banned for it, then you're wrong" argument.
Let's put it like this. What you're doing is saying that God exists simply because I can't provide evidence to prove that he doesn't exist. But, you aren't capable of proving that he [b]doesn't[/b] exist either. In both cases, you're asking for evidence that I would be incapable of providing, then claiming yourself correct because I am incapable of providing such evidence, not because I don't have the evidence, but because I am incapable of finding it, which would complete the fallacy.
If anything, I think the quote "I proved that you're wrong, and if you're wrong I'm right" would suffice in this situation, if I wanted to prove I was more correct than you anyways.

You're basically trying to say I'm wrong because I can't disprove your point that no one has [b]ever[/b] been banned for KSing, which isn't possible since none of us here have the capability of finding out that information. Also, don't bring up something that would relate to "Well, we never heard anyone complain about being banned for KSing" since that doesn't prove no one was banned for KSing. That only proves that no one has not made a thread about being banned for KSing (not mentioning how most "I got banned" threads display the OP claiming complete innocence or ignorance on their bans). That doesn't make you correct.

When is the last time anyone even got a d/c for KSing? This is one of those proofs where all you have to do is prove that it's never happened. And it hasn't.

@Andwoos: Being able to do something about it, is a different story to actually doing something about it. Which they are not.
@evilslasher: Actually, it doesn't. They [b]can[/b] do something about it. The issue is that in order to ban someone, they need solid evidence. Usually, by the time someone is claiming to be KSed, it's too late since you can't determine who was killing first. If GMs patrolled the maps that were regularly trained at instead of maps that contain botters, then you'd be able to see the difference as they would have that evidence to put a ban in place.
@Andwoos: But that just proves my point. They know they can't do anything against it, and yet they still say that it's bannable. I don't really know who they're kidding...

@evilslasher: Pointless fix is pointless. It's hard to ban for KSing. Although GMs can determine who was in a map first, it's hard to determine who was killing what monsters first, hence the reason why it's hard to issue a legitimate ban for KSing.

I seen more ridiculous; this guy at lhc was kicked out the party by the leader for leeching, then the guy gets mad for it and log on his high dmg char. For an hr and half he ks the party and when he can't ks me, he stalks the leader as he moves ch to ch. After that the ksing stalker tells the leader of r party I hope u learn your lesson..... Today I saw that same stalking kser trying to join my party I told him "we r full". After that he start writing with all cap We R FULL! what ENGLISH IS THAT, and he goes on trying to start something with me as he misspelling all his words. O.O I just ignore him and told everyone in my party not to talk to him. After a few mins he left...... All they want to do is show off by ksing cuz they got nothing better to do with their time then stalk and harass people.
