About Helisium Capes
So, I want to make my Wind Archer my second main, and OP (not kaiser OP, normal OP), and I'm planning on buying an Helisium Cape from Tempest Shop, but I've heard they drop from some mini-bosses...if so, which bosses, is there any cape for each boss or totaly random, what level is required, are they hard and what would be the drop rates from 0.1/10 to 100/10?

@FrozenSoul13 Unless you plan on playing your wind archer when they get revamped some time this summer, then there's really no point in torturing yourself with that drop rate. I killed Velderoth (the 3rd mini boss) constantly during 2 hours of a 2x event and only got 1 cape. That was over 300 kills on 2x for 1 drop. Of course I could have just been unlucky, but the drop rate is still pretty bad lol. Also as was already said, the mini bosses only drop the capes and shoes, so the belt from the stop is a good option.
@FrozenSoul13: I think they should continue to drop after the Tempest event. The questline begins at either level 90 or 95, I do not remember. You will know because when you reach level 90 or 95, a thought bubble will appear over your head, saying such.

aw, well i guess ill try again next time if someone sells those nova or helisum
@frozensoul13: The boss that is most likely to drop the Heli/Nova items is Velderoth. He has 28,000,000 hp (southperry database) and a 20 minute timer to kill.
@suckitms: shoes are for bowmen, 16 attack 15 mattack (22/21/23/21) 1 slot and has a c/o of 600m, as for pirate capes i have 2 regular stated ones but a friend wants it so as long as he karmas it's his
@TheTrickst3r: mini bosses don't drop belts, that's why you never hear of it
don't buy a helisium cape because helisium belts are a much rarer drop from bosses, haven't heard anyone saying they got a belt.
i got bowman cape and thief shoe helisum from normal mobs o.o

So do you know +/- the HP one would have? Would it be Zak-like or more?

I assumed since you were talking about making it your main it would be for after they got remade
not much point of a main capped at 120
The drop rates are extremely low, i was on 4x drop during 2x events on 4 separated days. I was able to obtain many capes, 2 shoes (1 nova C but I was killing the mini bosses every 30seconds non-stop.

Wind Archer max level is 120=/=140, btw emp cape is to expensive for me and i know revamps are coming

Will they stop dropping when tempest is over? (dumb question just wanna be sure)
And what level is the questline exactly? 90? 100? 110?
1) Heliseum equips drop from Heliseum mini-bosses.
2) Apparently, you need to do the entire Heliseum Reclamation questline to reach these bosses.
3) The drops are random.
4) The drop rates are low.
