No.
And in response to the thread, the quest existed pre BB in KMS, and since commander skeletons were 73 pre BB, they drop. Some monsters like sage cats which were level 66 pre BB (95 post BB) do not drop because of this.
I am level 94 on my Chief Bandit, and the cards were dropping like flies at lucidas, which are like level 5x. :o
i get them from stone golems
@idunnoxD: we'll if you read the description that cassdra tells you she says and i quote "You Should be able to find cards easily if you hunt nearby monsters, You Can get the cards at YOUR level.
Ok guys I know this has been bothering you, just go kill Gobi's or Skele/s the definitely drop
what do you get by giving in 66 cards?
im at Commander Skeleton in Perion and they are dropping o.O

its not lol im lv 104 i found from lv 37 monsters while hunting maple equips
