I resetted my SP succesfully but I can't follow any build because it says my 1st job SP's are "insufficient", and does anyone know the best build ?

Dual Bladers got owned by the new SP system.
Before i was able to place anything in the 3rd tier i had to max mastery 6 booster max ts and ds 3 disorder 2 nimble and max ds
Ok, I putted up alot of things but got 1 more problem: Double stab/triple stab or Fatal Blow?
edit: I maxed out all the rest already and still can't put up my III skills.
Make sure you use 27 SP points in 1st Job?
