As soon as you buy NX cash, it becomes a game currency and is no longer regarded as "real" money. He cannot sue Nexon for losing his items.

OT: I'm sorry to hear that. The best you can do is send Nexon a ticket with a description of the items you lost. I doubt they will reimburse you, but it's worth a try.

i've lost over 4.8b because of a storage glitch i lost 32 2h wep atk 50% scrolls which cost about 150m each. and evo 1 & 2 rings along with 800m meso.

Id suggest reading the tos. Even if u spent real money all the money you had in the world they can do what they want with your items and character its their property. as for the items submit a ticket expect 5k maple points after 3 months of automated msgs.

Same thing happened to me awhile ago. I just platinum scissors of karma and transferred my htp from my db to my aran; I log off from my db, there was a lag before logging back on to my aran. I checked my storage and it was gone. I sent them a ticket about 4 months ago but all I'm getting are the auto-replies. :[ I was out like 700m and how ever much psoks are.

i acctualy liked it i hammered my 7att earings and mchaosed it failed, then i crashed the slot was back it worked and now its 9att xD

i reset my mushie then it crashed i got rb'd and i lost 10b+

Didn't know about this storage crap.
Lost my 8% str rac mask, 12% str cape, 9% str shoes, and 12% str earrings.

Same thing happened to my friend earlier. He lost over 15b worth of his end-game equips when he put them in storage, all of which were items he spent over $600 cubing.

I feel like a rollback would be the best solution in this situation but that's obviously not going to happen, which means the lost items are gone forever..

Just don't play until the server stability is constant again, it's risky going on at the moment.

I know, and I don't want to be the 'oh, I will just start from scratch then..'-guy, but I've not really got a choice.. Buying a flight ticket to the US and trying to sue (while I'm not a US citizen), would be stupid and a waste of money too, thus, for me not worth it. Still, I lost ALOT of time just by this stupid thing. (it took me long to acquire those said items, and the Lilin's ring even could be considered rare and not obtainable anymore..)

I bought this 27ATT glove through MTS (Got the NX from MTS-merching) for about 40k NX = 40 dollars, while I did not directly buy it with real cash.. anyways I'm off for real now.

This is pure bull. Nexon's incompetency in game-management should have made their company go bankrupt but instead it's been gaining profit...

I heard it happens alot in Scania cause the 'slight' overpopulation.. Just dont use storage or transfer items when its very busy like now with all the DS-hype..

I'm going to quit for a while, since I've been browsing through basil just now and discovered that many people have had this exact same problem at crashes earlier. Sad thing is, Nexon won't do anything about it. I've never spend any real money on this game, plus I do not live in the US (but in Holland), so sueing would be basically impossible, or atleast, not worth it. I've been a 100% legit for over 6 years now, and have seen many many things such as hackers getting to level 200 in less than a week, and not getting banned at all. Time to try this too when I come back, since I don't even give a single F anymore anyways if I get banned.

edit: Or, actually, Nexon should fix this. This is ridiculous, alot of people lose their just spent money on this game, and get a loosy 5k maplepoints as compensation back. It doesn't make any sence at all, I cannot believe that they can get away with this, since ALOT people have this same issue. They won't even listen to what you have to say when you send a ticket. I'm off for now, poker night with friends. Cya all
