Dragon Katara drops from Death Teddies?

Yeah when I hit lv 100 I went on vacation for 3 weeks, but I came back, though . I thought I said that to most of my buddies already, apperantly not you. I'll add you back .

Yeah I thought it was from the Dragon Rider PQ aswell, until I checked out the stats and saw it's being dropped from Death Teddies? o.o
