Wtf nexon really?
So yesterday I was on my DualBlade at Ulu city, with some other guy I met there. We did the quests together and when I had to go asked him to trade fame, I tried to fame him but then this message appeared something like: "You have been blocked by the MapleStory Police". I had this before and knew it was only some stupid thing that d/cs you (I did not hack or do anything bad at all.). Since I had to go anyway I didn't bother to log on again. Today I tried to log on, but every time when I pick a channel, I disconnect from the whole game. I tried to log on another acount and it worked fine, so I tried to figure out what was wrong and found out that my rank became a ROOKIE, which should mean I am [b]banned[/b]? Whenever I disconnect from the whole game I get a Nexon thing which wants me to say why I got disconnected, after writing down the whole situation I can't submit it because my information "contains wrong characters", I got rid of some characters that could be them, and it still won't let me submit...
In short: I got banned for not hacking or do something bad at all.
What should I do now? This really sucks, and so does Nexon imo.

I just got an email back from them, I thought like wow that fast? When I opened I got this:

First and most, Nexon will usually not unban you but you can attempt to get your account back unbanned, but there is this a percent of chance you might, just might.
Log onto Nexon.net, send in a ticket why were you banned on Maple Story. If they say the exact same thing what the log in said, or if you get decent info, and you know you haven't commit it, attempt to get unbanned by proving it to them that you were not hacking and/or breaking the game policy.
That's my best solution since Nexon really only has that contact that will listen at some point.

Sometimes during the dc she would dc picking chs too or after she logs on, but after 2 patches she hasent needed to reinstall maple that much anymore.

The game files has no correlation to bans.
OT: Just submit a ticket, and/or wait a couple days.

If I log on with GameLauncher it says I'm banned till December 4th...

It's fine same thing happened to me. Just wait for the next server check and you'll be able to login.
Its nothing I get DCed and get that stupid ticket logg as well. I just close it and logg back in. Its just another glitch nothing to be worried about. If it bothers you too much change ur IP address.
I notice that most not all auto-ban problems are Dbs

I was referring to logging in through the GameLauncher, not the website. So I am not wrong. We are both correct.
that's weird, that happened to me 3 times while hunting for dark tokens at the ant tunnel, this incredible lag came, then after a few minutes there was a messages that said: "You have been disconnected by the Maple Police for the hack reason" O_o But when I restarted maple everything was normal, I could log in just fine.

That is deleted, not banned. If you are banned any way, you can log in to the site.

If you are banned and you login through the website, then you will dc upon clicking the channel. When you start the game normally, then you would receive the popup which tells you why and how long you are banned.
You wouldn't be able to log onto your account in game if you were banned. A blue notice box would pop instead saying You have been blocked until _____.
It's probably just some dumb glitch that you ran into unfortunately
Theres no perm ban so you can always log in
Ok I'll log a ticket, hopefully this one actually does get answered, still don't got a response of another ticket I submitted a half year ago, and 3 months ago it sent a "Thank you for your patience, but we still did not have time to answer your ticket" > #wtf.
Something similar happened to me a long time ago while training on jesters, many people got banned for no reason for training at jesters, me and my friend got banned because of this. This was a bug/glitch that auto banned random people and I believe your problem is the same. I just submitted a ticket and luckily got a response the next day. Try to submit a ticket if you can, if not try something else, you'll figure it out.
Log a ticket and hope. That's all you can do.

Why not? I got a permanent banned acount from 5 years ago (everyone hacked back then, and I was young and stupid), but can log on it aswell, and it says it's rank "ROOKIE".
