Most people use shielding wards & 20% or white scrolls & 50%s.
There are a few dire hire fans that still go the old 10% & white scroll method but not too many people can afford it nowadays.
A lot of people stock up on 20% clean slate scrolls because the ones from most events have a no chance of booming so that's another cheap alternative.
Gm scrolls have all become untradable so unless you buy a scrolling service from someone that method is out of the question.

what do you want to scroll?

@FuGeeLa Well scrolling is still the same. You drag a scroll over an item and voila! There are also other methods such as scrolling with the Legendary Spriit so you don't trade lock an item (Empress equipment) so you could transfer to another account, or sell it.

If you're planning to scroll an end game weapon, always potential first! Then for scrolling, most people would wait for events to roll around that offers 20% scrolls (gives 5 att, and 3 stats to all). Events that had these were the Renegades, and another event that I forgot. If not, there are 50% scrolls and also 10% scrolls which also give 5 att, and 20% ANNIVERSARY scrolls (gives +7 att, but explodes if failure, so you need a protecting ward and a ws to save a slot and from it exploding). Idk if that was what you were asking for but yeah lol
