I just did an 8 minute dojo time... My previously best time was 13:59 o.o I hate to say it but I do still believe this is a glitch..

Happen the same with the Demon Avenger "Bat Swarm", so my guess is that a kind of skill is gliched or was... really buffed. Still looking on my other charas if i find something interesting.

i tested with lumi it works but it was being buggy for me at times and the meteor exploded on impact without doing damage

I tested Kaiser and it's true, same with Lumi.

Cooldown begins after the skill is cast and lasts 5 seconds. Dmg isnt changed but it hits as fast as hurricane or even arrow blaster (just an approximation). It's not overpowered because of the cooldown and the cast time. In fact, it was underpowered before this change.

So can someone clarify for me. It simply does the same amount of damage but over a shorter time. Does the skill cd begin when it is cast or after the animation disappears? Either way, the dps has increased greatly but the actual damage from the skill hasn't changed correct?

Exactly, but I have to admit it's a bit overpowered... I pretty much 1kod the queen in RA, and I have like 650k range or so. But yes we do need a fix, they should keep it.
