How to cap str and dex at low numbers?
Hello, I've come back to maplestory after not playing for years and i am surprised to see all this new content. trying to adapt to all this, i have noticed that others have capped their stats low. so i was wondering if anyone could explain to me what new equips made this all possible? im a level 60 strength bandit also if anyone wants to give me tips.
