Spam the <F8> key when you're computer boots up. Then select something like "Repair Computer" then select "Restore to factory condition.
It varies from computer to computers it may or may not be the <F8> (Advanced Boot Menu) option for your computer. Anyways, if you don't have the "Restore to Factory condition" option, you gotta do several things: 1. Download Windows Automated Installtion Kit (size varies on operating system, usu. around 1Gb size) 2. Mount or burn that Win AIK to a DVD. 3. Create a reference PC with microsoft virtual PC software. 4....And type in a whole BUNCH of command prompts...you can google it, and they will show you what command prompts to type in.
No install disk, and I think I might have a keylogger, just wanna be safe
Reformatting is a pretty radical step if you only "suspect" you have a keylogger. Reformatting will ERASE everything you have on the computer and leave it just as blank as it was when you first got it.
You'd be a lot better off just finding out IF you have a keylogger on the computer, and then just removing it. Run a full scan of your computer with your normal anti-virus program, then download and install "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware", update it and do a full scan with that too.
If those don't find anything, you don't have a keylogger.

Post your computer's brand and model. I'll be away from my computer for quite some time and @BobR in the meantime can help you out.

EDIT: OK, but is there any way to check if I have one?
Do you know for sure if your computer has a recovery partition?
Depends if the computer has a recovery partition or if you have a Windows install disk. Why?
