double miracle time questions
- can epic equipment jump to legendary? (since 2 ranks)
- can said jump happen with a regular cube or only super and enlightening miracle cubes
-are chances to jump one tier increased as well?

I think it can, you have be super lucky though. considering my thing jumped from rare to unique when there wasn't miracle time. And only super or enlightening can get it to ledgendary. Yes.
