i thought you were supposed to talk to eurek to start the quest but instead he just asks if i want to make a magic or summoning rock (on my mechanic)

The only thing it's good for now is using souls/soul enhancers on weps you can't equip.
Legendary spirit skill is really old. On nexon forum the GM said they intended to do that so it is not a bug

You can just double click a scroll to scroll an unequipped item instead of using the legendary spirit skill now.
I think they delete the legendary spirit skill? I mightbe mistaken, but I know old characters who got it upon creation years ago would still have it and can use it.
The skill is not available anymore
