I'm pretty sure the Anvil that drops from the bosses were 50% unless they changed that. Also regular transposing is 3%, not 5%.
@Fyrus: Sadly its a very rare drop from the bosses withing the Commerci Trade System. More rarer then SW items themselves. Ive seen 6 SW items in my time playing. One even being a Glove. But have never once seen the anvil drop.
