God no. That's like asking to be murdered, or committing suicide. People who would want it back are clearly blinded by nostalgia. Get over it and accept the changes.

Eh, I don't miss the old old maple that much.
I think the time I was having the most fun was around the time Mercedes, Cannoneer and Demon Slayer were released, and LHC was still a thing.

this is a difficult question to answer because it depends on that you valued in the old community, e.g. are you talking about ppl partying, talking to each other in general in places like hene, or their general attitudes? and why is it rational to believe social conventions just change without reason or influence?

I think old Maple was more fun to be honest because of a number of factors.

Explain how you can bring back the old maple community only through game? In order to do that you need to find a way to time travel in real life so you can bring back those old friends. If you roll back the game now the people right now will not like the old MS. Thus the old community won't exist. Point is old maple was only better because of the community back then. That community is gone now or they had adjusted to the new MS and don't want to revert back. You can not bring back the old community since that is impossible to do right now. Since there is no means of real time travel.

If the game was challenging it would be fun, now it's a tedious boring job.

Why do people keep asking this? No one wants to go back to a time where MW30 was like 500mill and it wasn't guaranteed to work!

i would hate that. I'm fine with how social the game is since I just chill with a guild, and I rather have all my current stuff then spend hours of grinding to get to 3rd job or trying to find quality equips.

Maple was good back then because there were few mmo games that were good.
Now it'll be the worst mmo compared to today if were to be rollbacked to v55. Isn't that bb?

This. Though I thoroughly enjoyed the game more prior, if we were to do a rollback at this point now I'd lose too much hard work and effort. However, I don't mind them bringing some old maps back.

The only thing I miss about Old Maple was how large the maps were (and their exploration factor), but even now I understand that the bigger the map, the more annoying it is to travel (heck, I find travelling around in the smaller post-BB maps annoying). So no, I wouldn't bring back old Maple. It was annoying/bothersome in most factors, and most of the factors that do look good only look good because of nostalgia-goggles.

It would be the rollback that kills most of the current maple accounts; the rollback that brings all the time, money, and effort of maplers to absolute naught; the rollback that would be for a gamble at the past. It's the worst rollback ever.

Only thing i miss about "old maple" is how much more social oriented it was. Now its mostly about damage.

I don't really miss the old version. I just miss the content we used to have. All I want is Monster Carnival and Henesys Hunting Ground back again.
