I heard in GMS the highest att on an item was an enhance hacked ST that was 999 att. I've never personally seen it but I have seen the 596 att ST Danspoor made smegaed quite a bit prebigbang.

Well first of all those scrolls are only in KMS, they aren't even out in GMS much less EMS. Also, they only work up to 8 stars, and as I already pointed out, this isn't even possible with the hack which lets you get as many stars as you want.
This is called photoshop, even with EE hacks, that kind of attack would require landing an unfathomable number of 10% scrolls (12548-150 for perf scrolling = 12398 from ee's / 4 atk per ee = 3099.5 scrolls working) since those were estimates, lets say he landed 3100 10% scrolls . meaning he had to buy 31,000. I doubt there were THAT many in EMS. And even if it was somehow ee hacked, GM's would easily catch it and remove it.

sorry for reviving this thread, but in EMS the cap is 32767. There are a few level 0/10 swords in EMS with 32767 weapon attack.
