After long break created Kinesis and cant find Psy-limiters
After a long break, I've jumped back in and created a Kinesis but I can't find any Psy-limiters past the freebie level 10 one. I did get a level 30 chess piece, so I have that, but Tot is giving me wands, which I can't use, and I don't see them for sale anywhere, and Owl of Minerva isn't turning up any below level 100. I also can't find a listing of them to find out from where they drop (Basil has changed a lot since last I was here). Any help is appreciated!

If you follow the Maple Guide in-game (the tiny purple window underneath the minimap) it shows you the monsters you should be killing and what they drop. They'll drop equipment for either your current level or your next level. E.g Lvl 100 or Lvl 120.

and high level mobs for 140
Are there listings anywhere of what mobs drop what anymore? I can't even find where there is a listing of the psy-limiters. It seems it is much harder to find information than before (I date back to 3/2007)!
Yup, agree with above--a lot of the level 30-100 ones drop from mobs, and Zakum drops the 110 one. Hilla also drops the necro lvl 120 version, and DIPQ drops a lvl 140 one. Hope that helps!
