Hmm the thing is that monster book and basil contradicts each other so.. idk which is more updated.. and i will be haunting with a 130 il

I get those frequently from werewolves in the first room of dead tree forest monster park. If you have your monster book filled up, I would suggest looking in there at monsters around your level (I'm assuming you will be hunting for this item on your bishop).
monster at magatias drop them. i think it's the mithril monster?

you should check in the monster book tho , if they do drop it then hf killing em XD
