F/p Hyper Skill Placement, what to choose first ?
Hello , i'm wondering about what would be more EFFICIENT to choose between the two : Paralyze - Extra Strike or ME - Cooldown Cutter ? seeing as i don't use ME too much aside of Monster Park , but nowadays i haven't been grinding and just questing and using more Para than ME.ME is just ocassionally used against some bosses.
Which one do you guys think that should be the first? PARA - ES or ME - CC ? i have already reseted like two times and i am in doubt...My two cents go on Para first...but i really don't know.

Yeah i know that i'll get both anyways , and as i am 157 i will be getting the second hyper skill soon , so i guess im going with Para , because sometimes the cooldown cutter just doesn't works so well if i'm lagging even a bit .Thanks for the answers!

I actually have a question in regards to this. If you were to aim for equips that decrease your CDs, would CD cutter still remove 5 seconds (because it's 50%) or would it lower based on how much CD decreasing you have. Say if you have 5 Seconds worth of CD, you have 5 seconds left on Eruption, would the 50% only remove like...2.5 seconds? or would it still remove 5 and remove the CD completely?
The cooldown cutter literally removes about 2 seconds off the time you wait. Seeing how the cooldowns are pretty glitched for things with an under 10 second wait. The extra strike will definitely be more helpful first.
Cooldown Cutter would work better if you're grinding on high HP mobs like LHC back in the day, or SH at the moment. If you're still at regular mobs, you can finish them off with just Paralyze alone before the cooldown on ME comes back up again anyways. But as fore mentioned, you get them both anyways.
it is based on your preferences. Seeing you use Paralyse a lot, go for that 1st then
Both are really good, but you'd probably want to get that Extra Strike Para first. There are some times where you just can't use Mist Eruption
But in the end, you'll have both of them
