It's some sort of glitch.
I've experienced it several times, which is pretty annoying since you're only given so many chances a day to tackle the rooms.
I just re-entered constantly to finish the quests.
It's glitched for me too. I'm on the first map tho.

pretty sure the chances of that is near 0 considering i sprayed the entire map and reentered it 5 times
