Keep Buff Duration Inner Ability?
As an Evan, I don't know what inner ability I should be going for. I currently have 32% buff duration (unique tier) but I'm not sure whether I should try for crit rate or m.atk or something along those lines. I currently have 69% crit rate Should I keep this inner ability or try for another one? (I'm only willing to go up to unique and not legendary tier because I don't want to spend NX on circulators from the cash shop)
Also, is there a list of inner abilities that correspond to each tier (rare, epic, unique, legendary) ?

i would use cash shop circs from unique in order to not go down in rank.
@gamey109: it is on max blog (orange mushroom) circs will be goners but if you still own them they will be usable eve after, reseting inner pots will need fame instead (if you dont got some circs). will not derank, and could get to legendary
The list is fine, just mr.basil have not separated the inners in tiers but if you alredy know how much~ youll get per tier then the rest is a little of guessing n.n'
Too lazy to search it but im sure max posted it it was one of the patches part of U&I if I remember it well

mmm, thanks for the list but i've already stumbled across this. isn't this list a little bit outdated with the levels and such? I dunno, cause it seems like at rare tier, buff skill duration is 8%, at epic tier its at 19%, at unique tier its at 32%. It just seems to me that theres a set of inner abilities for each tier.
Also, do you have a source for the inner ability revamp info?
Recirculate for Critical Rate or Drop Rate.

change it... u needa get 69% buff duration so it maches ur crit rate so u can double ur dmg
