Angelic Buster 1 1 potion?

I just hit level 30 on my AB and expected to receive a free potion that contains the exp to level a char from 1-30.

Didn't happen.
The event ends on Feb 5, so did I just get Nexon'd?

EDIT: I accepted the quest and remember the little blue bar on the right side of the screen. It's gone now >.< >.<
