Recent connection problems The exception unknown
Hi Basil,
I've been running into some problems running Maple today, in which I sometimes am unable to launch the game from the Nexon Launcher, and when I am able to launch it the game lags a lot and then inevitably crashes. The application error that Windows 10 is giving me is as follows: "The exception unknown software exception (0xe06d7363) occurred in the application at location 0x0000000074443E28".
Has anyone else had this problem, and/or does anyone know a solution?

Well since this started occurring just today, its likely that windows 10 downloaded and installed an update today which could've caused this to occur (Windows update is enabled to download and install updates automatically on consumer versions).

Its an error that occurs due to memory malfunction. There's no real solution, since its based on how the game client is coded and handled by your computer. The best thing is to just restart the game, and if it occurs often, its only fair since Nexon did state that you could run into problems with MS if you upgrade to windows 10.
Edit: If you get this problem a lot, just log into the Maplestory Forums and report this error and hopefully they will address it faster.
Got that error message on Windows 8.1. I usually play fullscreen; in the past two weeks I've been ridiculously laggy and when I ctrl+alt+del to get to my task manager, I would see that window pop up and it'd close Maple right away. No idea what causes it, but I haven't had that window pop up since I upgraded to 10 a couple days ago.
