hacked im worried plz help

ok so i was hacked... again... but this time it was my own fault for being stupid... long story short someone got me to install a program, and it was a keylogger... but besides that he has able to shut down my computer repeatedly everytime i cut it on... i deleted the program i installed by sending it to recycling bin and then deleting it from there, but worried this is not enough, i do not have an active anti virus because "trial expired" i know nothing about computers i just use it for school and games, i tried doing a system restore but it keeps telling me it couldnt complete because of anti virus although i dont have 1, is the program still on my computer, will he still be able to see my passwords even tho i deleted his program? will he still be able to shut down my computer? how do i get rid of it if i already havent? PLEASE HELP

1. Disconnect the infected computer from the internet.
2. Download Malwarebytes on another computer http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button
3. Transfer Malwarebytes onto the infected computer and install Malwarebytes
4. Run a system scan in normal made
5. Run a system scan in safe mode

when your computer starts up.... go into safe mode when in safe mode go into add or remove programs... after doing this uninstall it from there... after you have completely uninstalled it... restart your computer and go bac to the safe mode list and there will be a selection to start up windows in the last known good configuration... once your computer is good... delete your expired anti virus and then google spyboy search and destroy... it doesnt alert you of attacks but if you think there is an attack you can use it to search and destroy it... do all what i told you but spybot is optional if you dont trust me

edit: dude if you want help you have to reply faster....

There are free anti-viruses... Try malware bytes. I hear that it's good o-o and change all of your login info, after you did a scan with the antivirus
