Basically, there's a Korean, Chinese and Russian server that still run the game (as NA Nexon cancelled it), and the Russian server is relatively easy to join.
I think you need a KSSN for the Korean one and something similar for the Chinese one.
So, if you loved playing Kartrider during the beta, then check out the teamliquid link, and it'll tell you how to play on the Russian server.

I played for a bit, then quit.
Same with Audition - if anybody remembers it.
