Not directly through os x.

First get a full version copy of windows 7/8
Then open boot camp and on a USB install the drivers
Then partition how much of the hard drive you want for windows
After that install windows through bootcamp.
Computer will restart and you will be installing windows. Just go through the steps it ask you to do.

When selecting which partition to use remember to select BOOTCAMP.

After when you installed it, go to windows and install the drives from the USB earlier.

After that windows function as normal ad it was a windows pc.

Check apple guide / articles for more information

I used to be able to play with parallels however that stopped working around a year back. Instead, I partitioned around 20GB of my drive through bootcamp into windows XP soley for maplestory.
