How would I go about achieving this in the the fastest time without fatigue potions?

Basically what above said
Get to level 11 alchemy is usually best, get 2048 diligence
Decay every 25 hours
Get level 11 alchemy again, get 2048 diligence.
OR you could go 1-10, get 500 diligence a day + whatever level ups.
