Question About Beauty Coupons
Do you need to be around the same level of the monster to get them? Sorry if this is obvious, I haven't played in a while and I would like to know if you do so I don't waste my time. They didn't last time so I feel like they won't.

Nope, like bubblecup said, any monster level 10 should drop them, however do not expect to get them at the same rate as last year. This year they seem to have dropped a lot less in comparison.
