so are UAs only one per world or per account
like if i make a Cygnus knight in server A and then make a UA in that world but then quit
but then switched servers and trained a Cygnus knight agian would i be able to make one again in server B

oh ok i seem to get it so does that mean i train cygnus knight then make
UA can i delete cygnus knight and make it again and then make another UA?
Right now, you can have a maximum of 23 UA's per world per account.

No its limited one UA per cygnus knight. You can have all your characters be UAs you just need to level that many cygnus' to level 120
That's not how it works. It's 1 UA per cygnus. Say you have 5 cygnus knights; you can make 5 UA's if you train them.
