Continuous disconnection with no notification
About two - three days ago, I recently started experiencing a constant disconnection from the game server. This is unusual because I have never had this before. I'm currently using Windows 7 which I am well aware has a history of problems with compatibility with Maplestory. The thing is; I've had Windows 7 ever since I brought the computer (which was a couple years ago) and I've never experienced a problem with it EVER until now.
The disconnection is really getting on my nerves now because I can only stay on the game for maybe a few minutes before I get kicked off. There is absolutely NO message appearing so I can't understand why it would be happening.

• Opening cmd as administrator and typing in 'netsh winsock reset'
• I have changed the compatibility mode of 'Maplestory.exe' to 'Windows XP service pack 2' and 'Windows XP service pack 3'
I think that's about it - it could be more.
This problem is driving me up the wall and I'm starting to get very aggravated (Which is probably a bit OTT but I have no real leads to start fixing the problem and it gets me annoyed)
I have visited other forums which may suggest that hacks may be interfering it but I have never downloaded ANY type of hack so it cannot be the problem.
Could it be my virus software? I currently use Norton 360 and I have never had problems with it before. Apart from Ccleaner and Gamebooster, I haven't downloaded anything lately that may have caused this problem.
I greatly appreciate any help I get in regards to this problem.

this is happening to me as well, lag spikes then MS close down. I have got this back on the first 2 weeks after Ascension as well. The problem eventually resolves itself... >.<
Well, I've tried a character that I haven't revealed on Basilmarket or anywhere and that too disconnected. It's safe to assume it has something to do with either the game itself. I don't think it would be my wireless or computer because I've done everything I could to fix the problem.

I have played on both my Cannoneer and my Mercedes. Both get the same problem.
I have been told that they may be the problem. If that is the case, I'm wondering who would do such a thing. I try to keep in good terms with everyone I meet so I can't think of anyone that would want to attack me. The only reason I can think of is something is doing it for the fun of it.

I feel slightly at ease knowing some else is experiencing the same thing. I hope if it's a glitch, that Nexon fixes it sometime soon
