Guild/alliance chat not working
I've sent a ticket to nexon about this and posted it on their forums but I'm also posting this here hoping for a quicker reply
Details of the problem are as follows :
Hello. I have been experiencing this problem from roughly 4:30 am PST today morning. I cannot see any messages on guild, alliance or expedition chat that are typed by any guild/alliance/expedition members except for those members who are in my buddy list.I can read their messages perfectly. Buddy and All chat are working just fine as well. This problem is only happening on my luminous and on all of my other characters all chats are working perfectly. Before you ask, yes, I have all my chat options checked and my chat tab is on All chat so I don't know what the problem is

Uhh no I'm very sure people are talking as I've been seeing one sided conversations for the last 4 hours or so.... Also I asked my friend to relog on his other account (which is in guild but not in my bl) and say something. When he did that I couldn't see anything.
