I have a Asus laptop with around 500GB where I got it for like $300 with these specs:
Graphic card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3120M CPU @2.50GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
System type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor.
What kind of Steam games can I run in this laptop(free or paid)?

Probably not a lot outside of very old games or "retro" style indie titles like Hotline Miami.
