1) what is your major?
2) Of course you are **** at math, that is why you are asking this question...
3) ...BUT you can get good at math, it just takes practice
4) To pass exams, do homework everyday, do problems everyday. Don't know how to do a problem? google or use resources such as TA, office hours, etc.
5) Than binge study all the material a a night or two before that hundreds of problems.
6) Once you take my advice, you'd be a math wiz in no time. Math is something where you have to get your hands dirty, you cannot just read the problem and answers and just get it. You have to solve the problem on your own and know the steps how to do it and how you got there. This is how you pass calc.
7) Many people thing they are **** at math because they can't solve a problem. Of course you can't do math if you never practice! so practice!

As someone who has both completed his mechanical engineering degree & failed a high level math course, I can agree with all of this. Math is not bad if you put the time in to do problems. You gain understanding you can't gain without doing them, especially if you are unsure to begin with.

Know derivatives and integrals and the relative rules/theorems associated with each of those topics.
Then practice related rates/optimization problems.

That's pretty much Calc 1 right there.

Keep doing practice problems.

If that's not helping, look at your notes for explanations, then try more practice problems.
If that's not helping, look at your teacher's notes for explanations, then try more practice problems.
If that's not helping, look at other teacher's notes for explanations, then try more practice problems.
If that's not helping, look at your textbook's explanations, then try more practice problems.
If that's not helping, start using the internet for explanations. This website is helpful for calculus.

Also, don't forget to do practice problems.

I suggest getting a tutor, if you don't understand it maybe someone can explain it to you
