pcgamesuppy.com is scamming site
I used to buy few nx codes from pcgamesupply.com.
today i decided to buy some nx and they scammed me today with $10 karma koin.
They kept sending me back emails saying "wait 2-4 hrs to fix some technical difficulty.."
I just gave up..despite several successful purchases from pcgamesuppy..dont buy it from there for those of u buying nx codes online.
Edit: so after 5 days I finally got an email with the new code. I'm currently waiting for Nexon to finish their update to see if it works.

They do not scam. I have (although regretfully) bought thousands from them. If they say there's a technical difficulty, there probably is.
E: I also bought a $50 KK card from them last night with no problems, and a $25 today.

thats exactly what i got then..i sent it again after 4 hrs and they said "..1-2 hours..." but still no response yet for me.

I bought 1.3m nx from them today, can confirm, is scam.

I had an issue with Humble Bundle before like that. A link they sent me kept saying it was used. So I messaged them, showed them the issue and got a message saying "we're working on it."
fast forward around 24 hours, I got a new link and it was solved.
The moral of the story is, not every company is Nexon. Sometimes "we're working on it" means "we're working on it." instead of "haha, losers. thanks for the cash!"

thanks for all the replies. I bought from them few times successfully. Today I bought $10 NX card and I was fine with it. But the $10 Karma koin was the problem.

They are not scammers. In fact they are a very legit and reputable company. Did you ever try to consider or take into the account that maybe they are honest people who are ACTUALLY fixing some form of technical difficulty which is preventing them from getting you your game card. I mean, if I was a taxi cab driver, and someone calls for a taxi but my car is broken, it doesn't mean I can just go pick them up anyways. It means I need to fix the problem before I can complete the task at hand. So before trying to ruin the reputation of a good company just because you're impatient and not getting your way you should really consider taking all possibilities into account and look at the bigger picture. They scammed me $50
I bought 3 25k codes in the same order, and only got one. This was 3 days ago, and they told me to wait 24 hours
Oh well, nothing I can't live with, I'll just go to King Soopers from now on xDD

Well it does take time to process. Just because it's not instant doesn't mean it didn't save you a trip to the store. At times other places and in-store can take up to 24-48 hrs for activation.
Mine took 9.5 hrs to get to me once before. Wait at least 24 hrs and then contact to resolve the issue.
