Chakra? I don't get it.
I understand Chakra heals your HP when it's under 50%; but I don't get the "__% of the Dmg Taken"
What does that even means?

i don't think the % is how much is going to be reduced. i think it's how much you're going to receive.

It means during the first few frames of chakra's animation [the white flash thing] it REDUCES damage you take, so if you use it at a dangerously low amount of hp, you're less likely to die while using chakra.
