15% dex, 6% hp cape worth 1.9b?
15% is 1.5-1.6 I feel but I need hp too. Is the 6% hp worth the extra 300-400m?

I don't thk 6% hp will affect you that much? Shouldn't you get a czak first for hp purposes?

It's worth 1.3 in Khaini, add 50mil tops for the hp
