So I have to be in that tiny area for the effects? I wish there was a skill icon saying if it was active
It doesn't show up in your range, and it should already be emitting a veil of which you must be in to receive the boost.
Wait, people still play Mechs?
It does, it's not about your range, it's about the skills dmg%. Use it while being in siege mode and you will see
