[b]Let me just add onto this AMA after having read a lot of your questions. As you can guess, NxA and NxK are completely different entities. NxK develops the game, NxA publishes the game. Often, those of us in the MS production team are also kept in the dark regarding upcoming changes and additions because most of that stuff takes places in Korea, and last minute changes always happens.
It may seem like that we actively hate you players and just want make you miserable with server crashing. Really, we don't. NxK is a gigantic company in Korea (think Microsoft or Facebook of Korea really) with hundreds of people involved with just MS. Mishaps and miscommunications always happen. It's not one person's fault. No one person can make major decisions. On top of that, NxA has to deal with time zone differences, language barriers, and cultural misunderstandings. This is not an excuse for all the wrongs we've committed, but I just wanted to say this to give you an idea of what's happening behind the scenes.[/b]
Noticeable questions and answers:
[b]Q: Will there be a Masteria update (or GMS original content, for that matter) scheduled for the near future? If so, can you give us a hint to what it might be? [/b]
A: You must be an old school MS player! The localization team and the Korean developers are still working out the details, but the Localization team will do whatever it takes to keep the flavors of the original Masteria.
If you have any websites or links with info on Masteria then please share with us! We can still use the info
And yes Masteria revamp is planned for release later this year
[b]Q: I don't suppose you have an inkling as to when we can expect the RED updates?[/b]
A: We're still fleshing out the details. There were TONS of stuff added with RED update (new class, items, towns, zones, modes, bosses, list goes on). We'll share the details when we can
[b]Q: Any ideas when we can expect the Cygnus Returns update?[/b]
A: It SHOULD be coming out within a month or two along with Masteria revamp. But as with all things, schedules are subject to change.
[b]Q: Are there any plans for a Jett update in the future? I have one that is like a secondary main and I really hope she gets up to date like the rest.....[/b]
A: We asked them about it and they haven't committed yet. We'll keep asking though.
[b]Q: Will Hayato, Kanna and Jett ever receive hyper skills?[/b]
A: We've been asking developers about that. Hopefully it'll happen!

I'm going to die laughing if they give Jetts the best revamp ever and make them #1 (even though they already are)
@TripleBladez: Yeah, I noticed that, but the thing that I find strange is; why would they add the monsters at the beginning of the Unleashed patch, while the revamp isn't still going to be released for a few months? It's odd, but I guess that's just Nexon...
And yeah, you're right about those old maps still being in the data. The old maps from before Big Bang are also still in the data if I recall correctly. Nexon doesn't delete old maps, that's why Maple is such a big file.
Oh god, it's hard to register from my work computer. I was gonna ask about the horrid town lag and if anyone actually wants to fix that.
@geralddino: There is still hope. If you check the extractions for the Unleashed patch, you will see some of the mobs like Bigfoot and Typhon being buffed up. That leads me to believe their maps weren't totally removed, and that they could bring them back at any time. I think some people still have their old characters in the "removed maps" like Forgotten Path and such if their characters weren't moved to NLC or Spinel's Forest (if a map doesn't exist anymore).
Oh, that was a quick one. At least we got some good info from him.
And @VonMiggy; TMS has already released their verions of the Kanna/Hayato hypers, though, JMS may develop their own since they are pretty lame.

Like the nexon empleyee said, NexonKorea is doing their best to include as much as they can and I really, really hope for a good revamp, unlike that lolAlien Invasion.
Hoping for Big Ben coming back, the old maps of CWK with here and there some changes and the release of Krakia Jungle and Versal and a lot more! I have high expectations this time.
@geralddino: Nice one. It's been a while since I looked at Isaac's thread again. It brings back memories, lol.
We were supposed to get Krakian Jungle a while back, and I still hope that we do.

Well, for so far, there has been no insulting and he answers the questions quite smoothly.
Still hoping for more questions he will answer, but I'm especially hoping for some dates...
