Pirate and Thief Revamp is out

So yeah, the patch is now live in the KMST server.
Like my previous thread about the warrior and mage revamp, I'll edit this post if there's coming more information.

DB won't be nerfed, they did say as a special exception, they will get stronger (along with cannoneer).
I just hope they don't change our skill much and just make a little tweak like shadower's

its dissapointing to see that warriors,mages,and bowmen got a complete overhall while thiefs and pirates...got little tweaks still i havent seen NL,DB,and Bucc in action...theres still hope....honestly if they nerfed DB's...im might just lose my mind

1. The adventurers' default looks have been added.
2. When you're an adventurer, you can get help from Hazy Gramps.
-You may level up. However, this does not mean you can level up all the time. THere are times where you will have to level up on your own.
-If you're an adventurer, or a player that's level 100 or above, they can obtain free mastery books 20 and 30 without a fee.
-Old quests must be done manually.
3. All old adventurer quests have been changed to allow adventurers to proceed the quest line.
4. All adventurers who wish to advance as a magician do so at level 10.
5. Dual blades and cannon shooters are now counted as adventurers.
-DB and cannon shooters now share the same cash inventories.
-Dual blades are now counted as thief adventurers and have been reassigned skill points accordingly.
-Same goes for cannon shooters, however cannon shooter link skill and the Inventory expansion skill will remain in the adventurer's pirate skills as passives.
-Phantoms can now steal skills from DB and cannon shooters.

<Quest Related>
-Adventurer storyline has been added.
-Tutorials and quests that follow suit are scheduled to be released in the next update.
-There are quests at level 10, 25, 45 and 60.
-Profession quests have been added. When your Blacksmithing and jewelry crafting at level 4,5, you do not pay for certain recipes (Not too sure about translation)
-"Former Freedom" quests have been added. Do you know "Former Freedom"? (Not too sure aobut this one either..)

-Warrior Lift: Effect for DrK has been changed to match their theme after 2nd job advancement.

[3rd-Crusader]
-Rush: Color of effect has changed.

[4th-Hero]
-Raging Blow: Because of the excessive high damage Raging Blow deals when used with Rage, the damage output has been lowered.
-Effect will be altered to ax when using one.

[2nd-Page]
-Flame charge, bizzard charge: Effect has been added for blunt weps.
-Ele Charge: Duration has been removed. The damage reduction is modified to fit when %damage is done to you, and when Shad's Smokescreen is used in conjuction, effect will stack.

[3rd-White Knight]
-Lightning charge: Effect for blunts have been added
-Combat orders: Passive skill of inc blizzard and flame charge has been added.

[4th-Paladin]
-Blast: Damage and number of hits has increased. Blunt effect added.
-Divine Charge: blunt effect added.
-Void Elemental: In order to make up for lost SP, damage increase eefect has been added. This effect stacks. Also, the damage of the elemental skills in 2nd and 3rd job has been increased.

@izama: Yeah, but to be fair they didn't get as big of an overhaul as us. Like heroes just got a new skill, and bm would just get the spirit link skill. It was never anything as drastic as ours. Plus, feel like everyone is putting to much emphasis on 4th job. Mean they did announce 5th job would be coming.
So all these revamps aren't even our final form

Sounds nice. The big thing I want though is the AI improved. Buffs to us are nice, but doesn't solve the current problem that I have with them which is them being a bunch of idiots mostly.

Is there not even one cannoneer skill change? The only change I see is that they have same 1st job as other pirates, but I dont see anything new from 2-4 job not even the specialized skll. Am I missing something?

@sleepyheadXIII: I know what you mean. I'm sad there feels like no change to us. Yea we got a big update last revamp, but thats because everyone else got multiple ones before us.
I'm loving the new wings, makes me feel heroic haha. I hope it can be used unresticted though. Since some maps have a height limit, I want to be able to do a regular jump into wings. Also really loving the beginner skills, I always run out of space even after I expanded all my inventory.
For crew I heard it has a special effect when you summon two.
-Conjures up two crew members to help fight. In addition, helps Captain fatal condition to resist attack
Sounds like it protects against us dying once like a few other jobs. I hope we can constantly summon 2 crew members then and not at a certain success rate like double down. It'd be nice to get 60 atk from both too but thats probably asking for too much.

@izama: Only really sad because compared to warrior,mage, and archer ours seems kind of lazy. Then again we were completely redone the previous revamp to us, so I guess it makes sense.
Is it weird that like the old way more than new. Idk why, rapid fire+headshot just seems more interesting than just spamming hurricane or just spamming snipe.
I really am hoping crew changed for the better. Love the new change to wings, love how we got inventory expansion like cannoneers.
Boat seems kind of random, but w/e wasn't really expecting much from it anyways since ever idea ever seemed like wouldn't work well. So just expected really.
If they improved the crew enough to what was a hoping for a mix of an archer with our guns and such+pirate themed summoner mage with all our crew mates I'll absolutely love it.

@sleepyheadXIII: I'm both happy and dissapointed about that change. Happy because now the skill would have some use, and depending on its new %s it can be a great asset to our dpm. It makes me sad though because, it feels like we got MM's used toys. We're just going to be imitating their old playstyle while they have a better version now with no cd.
I really hope there's some nice gimmicks to all these skills since it seems like hardly anything changed.

@LetThereBeFradd; For Max to post, he must have the exact values of the skill changes. He needs Locked from Southperry to extract the patch and get the values. Problem is... there is no trace of Locked being online at the moment haha.

@izama: Well through the google translate it did say the delay was reduced. So there is a possibility to finally have that be useful like they probably intending when revamped us the first time. Gatta wait for the extractions though to see how much the speed actually changed though.
Pretty excited if it does become useful. Means more variety when using our skills which is neat.

Oo thats what I was thinking. I thought it was strange though. If that's the case I wonder what happens to our current 4th job skills. It'll probably get a large sp reduction again so we don't max them all yet again.
Also wondering if headshot is worth using again since the speed seems faster.

@Scenarios; As far as I know, there aren't any skill changes for Cannoneers and Dual Blades so far. Maybe they'll change some stuff in the next patch

Think mean the stuff that the nova heroes get. The dragon emblems that kaiser and angelic buster has.

@izama; I don't know if you've ever played a Kaiser or an Angelic Buster, but both get an equip called Emblem at the levels 60 and 100. It's an extra equip which can have potential and looks like this: http://orangemushroom.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/dragon-emblem.png
