There are so many things wrong with your ss:
Old GUI
"Number of Vicious' Hammers Applied" should say "Number of Hammer Applied"
"You can enable 1 time of trading when you use the Scissors of Karma" should say "Use the Platinum Scissors of Karma to enable an item to be traded one time"
It would definitely be more than a yellow glow with those stats
It should give 100 charm if you've never worn it yet which you haven't because it says trade disabled when equipped.
