Safe to buy 3% nebs now?
I've been told by a couple of buddies that they have lost their gear to illegit nebs.
This one selling happens to have 5 3% str.
Would it be safe to buy?
I bring this up since recently a player I thought had legit nebs, turns out they just bot in ariant.....

instincts were right, it's nebgod.

Unless there's a massive well-known dupe issue that Nexon has directly commented on, it's safe to buy nebs. The only time that they warned about items getting deleted is when they explicitly said that any items equipped with the clearly duped nebs would be removed. Every neb nowadays is duped.
Your items don't get deleted from illegit nebs... 90% of all nebs are illegit. I've gotten 1 LEGIT 4% All Stat nebulite from fusing before.
Ask an adult to check.
Probably not safe, most nebs are duped.
