Phantom Blow skill book
To those who are wondering durring chaos if a skill book for Phantom Blow was required, I'm afraid that MAY be the case.
I was reading through one of spad's latest posts and saw that he mentioned that a Phatom Blow skillbook did drop from his zakum run!
No other info about the skill automatically appearing in the skill lists if you had CoH pre Chaos. My guess is Phatom Blow probably will probably appear in peeps list who had CoH. Atm still trying to get in touch with my KMS buddy about it. Will update chu on more skill book details soon.

With Phantom Blow replacing CoH at lvl120 it may very well be the same case as the Intrepid Slash/Brandish change as they had a similar effect where Brandish was moved to the 3rd Job and with Intrepid Slash replacing at 4th Job

The theory or accurate guess of the Blade Fury skill is that, because Sudden Raid is replaced with Blade Fury, the Sudden Raid mastery book would be simple just change the name of the book to Blade Fury which would increase the mastery for it.
So I'd buy a few sudden raid books while they're cheap, otherwise we may end up paying nx or buying Blade Fury at an expensive price

Basically, those who require the book would have to be either under lvl120 pre chaos or those who are already 120 and haven't used CoH pre chaos.

At least it's a skill book and not a mastery. I bought a CoH book so hopefully they replace it instead of yeah. If not, we can always complain to Nexon. You should talk to some Crusader/Heroes about it. After Big Bang, brandish was moved to 3rd job and they instead got a new skill. Maybe it'll be the same for them.
