Just another terrible system put in place to "protect" users against a possible hacker being on your account due to being logged in with a different IP address (I'm not sure a hacker will be deterred by having to wait 15 mins to steal your gear anyhow), but really just ends up screwing over the average player.
Logged onto my FM mule just now hoping to get a decent spot, but I gotta wait 15 mins before I can do that

There is a chance to get a rose clipping when your harvesting for herbs or you can buy them from other players.
